Yearly Subscriptions: Refunds are calculated by deducting the cost of used months (based on the original monthly price) from your total payment. Any period shorter than a month is considered a full month. In accordance with our payment service provider's policy, subscriptions lasting more than 3 months are non-refundable. Yes, the account and its associated quota are accessible across all AITOPIA platforms.

The quota reset occurs one month after your subscription begins, and it is not tied to the calendar month. For instance, if you subscribe on June 18th, your quota will be reset on July 18th. Additional information can be found at Billing Page

When transitioning from a monthly to an annual subscription, the difference will be determined by the value of your remaining monthly payments. The annual service will commence on the day of the upgrade and will last until the same date the following year.
